Young People's Group Programme

£25

10 sessions · 90 minutes per session

£250 Payment is required in full before your place is secured.

Groups are organised by Key Stage

Groups are organised into Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, so your young person is with others at a similar stage. Daytime sessions are available for young people who are out of school because of EBSA — you don't have to wait for an after-school slot to get support. There are between 8-10 young people in each group.

  • Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 groups.
  • Daytime sessions for young people currently out of school with EBSA.
  • Age-appropriate, accessible sessions for neurotypical and neurodivergent young people.

Everyone will have their own experiences, challenges and starting points, but we're all working towards the same thing: building confidence, developing practical strategies and getting back to doing life. No one is expected to share more than they're comfortable with, and nobody needs to arrive knowing exactly what to say. That's what the introductory calls are for.

Before the programme begins

  • A 15-minute introductory call with you.
  • A separate 15-minute introductory call with your young person.

These calls give us an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss what's happening and make sure your young person feels comfortable before joining the group.

Your 10-week programme includes

  • 8 interactive young people's group sessions.
  • 2 dedicated parent group support sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.
  • Access to additional webinars and drop-in group sessions.

You'll know what's happening, too.

After every session, you'll receive a WhatsApp update explaining what we've covered and what you can work on together at home. Because progress doesn't just happen during our sessions — what happens between them matters just as much. These updates help you understand what your young person is learning and how you can continue supporting them.

1:1 Family Support

£95

10 sessions  total · 75 minutes per session

£200 deposit to secure your place, deducted from the total programme cost.

The remaining balance is payable in ten instalments of £75, due 48 hours before each session.

What's included?

Each session is structured around your family:

  • 30 minutes of dedicated 1:1 support for your young person.
  • 30 minutes of dedicated 1:1 support for you.
  • 15 minutes together, bringing everything we've discussed into a practical plan.

Timings are approximate and can be adjusted depending on your family's needs.

And the support doesn't stop when the video call ends.

Before our first session, I'll familiarise myself with your school's attendance policies and relevant local authority guidance. I understand how overwhelming it can be trying to navigate school attendance, SEND processes and professional appointments when your young person is struggling. That's where my experience comes in. I'll help you understand the system, prepare for meetings, ask the right questions and advocate for the support your young person needs.

  • Understanding school attendance policies and procedures.
  • Preparing for school meetings and conversations with professionals.
  • Navigating SEND queries and understanding available support.
  • Preparing for GP appointments and discussing concerns.
  • Practical strategies to support your young person at home.

Where appropriate, I'll also work behind the scenes to support communication with schools and other professionals. We'll remain in regular contact throughout your programme, with support available for programme-related questions and updates during working hours. You'll also have access to additional webinars and drop-in group sessions.

You're not just paying for 75 minutes on a video call. You're getting someone who understands the system, understands the challenges, and is firmly in your corner.

Not sure which programme is right for you?

You don't need to have all the answers before getting in touch. That's rather the point. Tell me a little about what's happening, and we can have a conversation about whether individual support or group work would be the most appropriate starting point for your family.

No complicated referral process. No judgement. Just practical support from someone who understands.
