Parent support
Parents — how the hell did you get here?

You didn’t sign up for the 2k26 complex teen model when you were picking out baby names.
But jokes aside, this is serious.
And it is really, really tough.
Because when your young person is struggling with anxiety, school, friendships, overwhelm or simply getting through the day, it doesn’t just affect them.
It affects the whole family.
It changes mornings. Evenings. Work. Relationships. Siblings. Plans. Sleep. Money. Conversations. Sometimes even the atmosphere in your own home.
And after a while, you can start to lose confidence in yourself.
You stop knowing when to push and when to step back.
You wonder whether you are helping or making things worse.
You question every decision.
You hear different advice from school, family, professionals and the internet, and somehow end up feeling even less certain than when you started.
That is where I come in.
My role is not to judge your parenting, tell you to be firmer, tell you to be softer, or hand you another list of generic strategies you have already tried.
My job is to help you understand what is actually happening for your young person, what may be keeping the cycle going, and what needs to change so that life can begin to move forward again.
Sometimes that means working directly with your young person.
Sometimes it means working with you.
Often, it means looking at the whole picture — your child, your family, school, expectations, patterns, pressures and all the little things that have slowly built up around the problem.
Then we make sense of it together.
We work out what is helpful, what is not, what needs to stop, what needs to start, and what realistic progress actually looks like for your family.
There is no judgement here.
No blame.
And no expectation that you should somehow already know how to handle something this complicated.
You are allowed to need support too.
And if you have reached the point where you are tired of guessing, tired of firefighting and tired of wondering whether you are doing the right thing, then this is the bit where we stop guessing and start putting a proper plan in place.
